Ingredients:
2 medium yellow onions, sliced into rings.
2 fresh or roasted green chilies, sliced into rings.
10 cherry tomatoes, halved.
Directions:
- Caramelize the onions in an iron skillet with 3 tbsp. olive oil.
 - Add sliced green chilies, stirring frequently.
 - Once the peppers become tender add the tomatoes.
 - Sauté until done.
 
Spoon prepared GA’IVSA onto plate and top with Ramona’s Green Chili Relish.
